2. ΠΝΕΥΜΑΤΙΚΗ ΙΔΙΟΚΤΗΣΙΑ – ΚΥΡΙΟΤΗΤΑ ΥΛΙΚΟΥ
   2.1 Δημιουργία από την Unibox

Κάθε στοιχείο που δημιουργείται από την Unibox, συμπεριλαμβανομένων ενδεικτικά:

διαφημιστικών λογαριασμών

δομών καμπανιών

creatives, κειμένων, στρατηγικών

audiences, pixels, events

feeds, scripts, automations, reports

αποτελεί αποκλειστική πνευματική και περιουσιακή ιδιοκτησία της Unibox, εκτός εάν υπάρχει ρητή και έγγραφη διαφορετική συμφωνία.

2.2 Διαχείριση από την Unibox

Οτιδήποτε διαχειρίζεται η Unibox για λογαριασμό πελάτη:

παραμένει στην κυριότητα της Unibox

για ολόκληρη τη διάρκεια της συνεργασίας

Η πρόσβαση ή μεταβίβαση δύναται να εξεταστεί μόνο μετά τη λήξη της συνεργασίας και μόνο εφόσον έχουν εξοφληθεί πλήρως όλες οι οικονομικές υποχρεώσεις.

3. ΔΙΑΦΗΜΙΣΤΙΚΟΙ ΛΟΓΑΡΙΑΣΜΟΙ & ΠΡΟΣΒΑΣΕΙΣ

Η Unibox δεν υποχρεούται να παραδώσει ή να μεταβιβάσει διαφημιστικούς λογαριασμούς, δομές ή δεδομένα.

Η διατήρηση ή ανάκληση πρόσβασης τελεί υπό τη διακριτική ευχέρεια της Unibox, ιδίως σε περίπτωση:

ληξιπρόθεσμων οφειλών

παραβίασης όρων συνεργασίας

καταχρηστικής ή κακόπιστης συμπεριφοράς

Οποιοσδήποτε ισχυρισμός περί «παράνομης παρακράτησης» απορρίπτεται ως αβάσιμος, εφόσον αντιβαίνει στους παρόντες όρους.

4. ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΟΙ ΟΡΟΙ – ΟΦΕΙΛΕΣ

Η παροχή υπηρεσιών προϋποθέτει την εμπρόθεσμη εξόφληση των συμφωνηθέντων αμοιβών.

Σε περίπτωση μη εξόφλησης:

η Unibox δύναται να αναστείλει υπηρεσίες ή προσβάσεις

δεν φέρει ευθύνη για τυχόν επιπτώσεις σε λογαριασμούς τρίτων πλατφορμών

διατηρεί το δικαίωμα άσκησης κάθε νόμιμης αξίωσης

5. ΤΡΙΤΕΣ ΠΛΑΤΦΟΡΜΕΣ (GOOGLE, META κ.λπ.)

Οι διαφημιστικές πλατφόρμες λειτουργούν βάσει δικών τους όρων χρήσης.
Η Unibox δεν ευθύνεται για:

αναστολές λογαριασμών

περιορισμούς

διαδικασίες είσπραξης από τρίτους

Ο πελάτης φέρει την αποκλειστική ευθύνη για τις οικονομικές του υποχρεώσεις προς τις πλατφόρμες.

6. ΠΟΛΙΤΙΚΗ ΑΠΟΡΡΗΤΟΥ (GDPR)

Η Unibox συλλέγει και επεξεργάζεται προσωπικά δεδομένα σύμφωνα με τον Γενικό Κανονισμό Προστασίας Δεδομένων (ΕΕ 2016/679).

Συλλέγονται ενδεικτικά:

στοιχεία επικοινωνίας

δεδομένα χρήσης ιστοσελίδας

εμπορικές και συμβατικές πληροφορίες

Τα δεδομένα:

χρησιμοποιούνται αποκλειστικά για νόμιμους σκοπούς

δεν διαβιβάζονται σε τρίτους χωρίς νόμιμη βάση

επιχειρηματικές αποφάσεις τρίτων

10. ΕΦΑΡΜΟΣΤΕΟ ΔΙΚΑΙΟ – ΔΙΚΑΙΟΔΟΣΙΑ

Οι παρόντες όροι διέπονται από το Ελληνικό Δίκαιο.
Αρμόδια ορίζονται τα Δικαστήρια Θεσσαλονίκης.

11. ΤΕΛΙΚΗ ΡΗΤΡΑ

Η Unibox διατηρεί το δικαίωμα τροποποίησης των παρόντων όρων οποτεδήποτε.
Η συνέχιση χρήσης της ιστοσελίδας συνιστά αποδοχή των εκάστοτε ισχυόντων όρων.
